Montage Theatre Arts (MTA) is a thriving and vibrant Lewisham based charity that champions the transformative power of the performing arts while removing financial and perceived social barriers to participation.
Working with over 1,000 young people per year, MTA offers a year-round programme of classes, workshops and events using dance, drama and singing to spark confidence and encourage participants to develop new and vital life skills.
This exciting and pivotal role sits between creative producing and operations management. It requires a high level of creativity when planning course content, artistic development, and performances. It also demands high-level management and organisational skills to ensure the efficient delivery of MTA’s programme, while also providing pastoral care as needed.
The Creative Programmes Manager will join an imaginative, passionate, and sociable team.
KEY INFORMATION:
Hours: 35 per week (Full Time, PAYE) – will consider a job share for exceptional candidates.
It is expected that evenings and weekends will form part of this role’s working hours – please see the recruitment pack for more info.
Location: Working hours split between Lewisham office, activity spaces and home.
It is expected to be in the office or on site 2-3 days per week depending on business needs.
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 p/a (depending on experience)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days (+ 8 Statutory)
