LIFT’s Mark Ball to join Arts Council England

London Festival of Theatre’s MARK BALL is to work alongside SIMON MELLOR at Arts Council England in a part-time, temporary capacity as the Executive Director, Arts and Culture, following Mellor’s appointment as Project Director of Manchester’s Factory.
