ACE cuts “disastrous” for North East, says ITC Chief

Charlotte Jones has criticised Arts Council England’s decision to cut several small North East organisations from the national portfolio: “…losing smaller organisations means the portfolio gets ever-less diverse and the potential for reaching people in unusual places is reduced.”
