South Korean culture minister arrested after ‘artist blacklist’ scandal

Cho Yoon Sun was arrested at the weekend over allegations she blocked almost 10,000 artists from public and private funding and placed them under state surveillance because they had criticised the country’s impeached President. She has now resigned.
