This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented individual, possibly in a leadership role but not necessarily at General Manager level, to manage our inclusive and historic arts and community venue. It's an exciting time to join us; in October, we will reopen our original entrance at the front of our building after more than 130 years, unveiling a new foyer and bar following a transformational redevelopment project.
This new position is pivotal in leading the Hall. The General Manager will have the autonomy to lead their own initiatives, supported by our board of Trustees as needed, with the freedom to shape the Hall's future. As an audience-focused organisation, we aim to reach a larger, more diverse, and younger audience from our vibrant town on the Suffolk coast and the wider East Anglia region through exceptional performances and our creative community and engagement work.
