Director
We’re looking for an inspirational and energetic cultural leader with a strong vision, entrepreneurial flair, and creative capability to guide our small arts organisation toward financial stability and sustainable growth.
Salary: £40,000 full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Babylon Gallery, Waterside, Ely CB7 4AU
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in business and financial planning, fundraising, and managing a community-focused creative organisation. An understanding of place-based cultural strategy and work is essential. You thrive on the opportunity to work with a small team and a big creative community of volunteers, freelancers, audiences and participants. Your strategic thinking is focussed, approach human, and ideas bold. Leading a creative organisation into a dynamic and sustainable future excites and motivates you.
