NEIL CULLEN has been appointed to the new role of Digital Projects Coordinator at The Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO). He will lead on creating new platforms and resources for reaching wider audiences by engaging members of the Orchestra in digital activities.

LUDO KESTON has been appointed as Chief Executive of The River & Rowing Museum from 1 January 2014. He joins from the Coventry Heritage & Arts Trust, where he was Chief Executive for the past five years, and succeeds PAUL MAINDS who is stepping down after more than 14 years in post.

JILLIAN BARKER will be the new Director of Learning and Participation at Royal Opera House from January 2014. She was previously Head of Education at the Barbican Centre and most recently held the position of Director of Education, Information and Access at The National Gallery. Her appointment follows the departure of PAUL REEVE who left in September.
JOHANNA BARING has been appointed as the Curator of the Ingram Collection, the biggest publicly accessible private collection of Modern British art. She has been working in the field of Modern British art since 2001 and joins from Christie’s where she was a Director of Christie's UK.
Following the recent departure of ROBIN OSTERLEY, Making Music has named BARBARA EIFLER as its Executive Director. She joined Making Music as Head of Membership in February 2012.
RUTH MACKENZIE, former Director of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad, has been appointed to lead the development of the next phase of The Space. Mackenzie will be responsible for overseeing the commissions and content development for The Space’s opening programme, securing associate partners and co-commissioners and recruiting the launch team.

The new Head of Legal at the Royal Shakespeare Company is MARINA ZAIN. She replaces CAROLINE BARNETT who left the RSC earlier this year to start her own legal consultancy firm.
HQ Theatres & Hospitality has announced the appointment of GORDON MILLAR as Theatre Director of the Crewe Lyceum. He joins from Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse Theatres where his work included producing theatre during Liverpool’s European Capital of Culture celebrations in 2008. Previous roles include Administrative Producer at the Barbican Centre and General Manager of Frantic Assembly.
KATHLEEN O'NEILL has been appointed as the first ever Regional Arts Convenor for Dumfries and Galloway, to work with artists and organisations on events and projects which will promote the region as a centre of creativity. For the past year she has been the Project Manager for the Fresh Start for the Arts initiative.
ANDREW HUNT is joining Spacex as Director. Previously at Focal Point Gallery in Southend-on-Sea, where he has been Director since 2008, he succeeds NICOLA HOOD. She has been appointed Curator at the contemporary arts production company amino, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
