The role exists to offer support to the Visitor Services Manager, Box Office and Assistant Box Office Manager as well as to offer development and support to the Box Office team. This is a customer service role responsible for ensuring the Box Office team consistently provide an exceptional level of service to its visitors at all times.
Contract: This is a part-time permanent position with variable working hours. Depending on candidate availability and preference, we are happy to discuss 8, 16 or 24 hour per week contracts. We are seeking applicants who can regularly work at least one weekend day and have ticketing experience.
Salary: £13.50 per hour plus Holiday Pay
