Core Skills in Coaching & Mentoring for Leaders and Managers

Developed specifically for leaders and managers, Guildhall Ignite’s Core Skills in Coaching & Mentoring course is grounded in our expert coaches’ experience working in similar roles as well as years of coaching across the public and private sectors. This programme enables you to develop employees and create a culture of positive engagement in your team and across your organisation. 

Leading is a tough job.  You must manage performance, engage your team and take people with you. You must set and maintain high standards and deliver to objectives while encouraging and developing your staff. 

This popular programme is grounded in Guildhall Ignite’s belief and passion that coaching is a key behaviour in aligning people with the needs of an organisation. You will learn core coaching skills to be empowered to ask powerful questions, create new thinking and give feedback that is heard and acted upon.  

You can also earn a coaching foundation qualification accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
