As one provider in a sea of content, you want to be sure that the experience you’re creating is easy and enjoyable, and you’re showcasing your work or allowing your offer to shine. Communication specialist and digital associate Sophie O’Neill will give ideas for auditing a website, reviewing your user experience, and thinking about how to make the most of your best of your digital offerings.

As more content is generated by AI, people are seeking real voices and connections – the human touch really matters, Content marketing specialist Candace Chan will share what’s working for audiences right now, and ideas for affordable ways to produce appealing social content.
Speakers:
Holly Close is one-half of web design and copywriting duo, Good Egg, creating dreamy websites and copy for women and non-binary small business owners. Holly also mentors UK arts organisations to build confidence and skills in delivering work digitally.
Sophie O’Neill is a communications specialist with experience across digital, PR, marketing and public affairs. She enjoys working for organisations which provide value to people’s lives, whether through education, public services, or cultural experiences.
Candace Chan is a content creator and producer with over 10 years of experience in the arts and charity sectors. She helps organisations tell engaging stories through visual and written content for social and digital channels.
