About Revoluton Arts
Revoluton Arts runs an award-winning creative programme co-created with our local communities. Our work ranges from commissioning arts events and projects to capacity building and supporting the growth of creative talent within and beyond Luton (a Priority Place for Culture). Established in 2015, Revoluton Arts is committed to communities taking the lead, co-creating events and programmes that inspire and support more people to engage in creativity in all forms.

Now is an exciting time in our development. Our work as a newly established Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) will take us beyond the geographical boundaries of Luton, delivering ambitious creative work additional to the remit of our primary funded programme, Creative People and Places (CPP).

Join our Board of Trustees
We are looking for new Trustees to join in us in our journey. We especially welcome expertise in the following areas:
–    Creative Practice: bringing connections and knowledge across arts presentation and socially engaged creative practices;  supporting Revoluton Arts connect out to artists and practitioners nationally and internationally
–    Finance and operations: a solid understanding of financial management and operational processes to guide the charity as we review and modernise the business model
–    Safeguarding: safeguarding experience and ability to advise the Board on current best practices towards safeguarding the people we work with, our staff and the larger community
–    Marketing: skills in developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies, particularly around digital and PR

Equity, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do, from programming work with, by, and for Lutonians, to how we budget and build partnerships. We are committed to our organisation reflecting and celebrating Luton’s incredible diversity across ethnicity, age, gender, disability and socio-economic background. We therefore especially welcome expressions of interest from people with lived experience of the communities that we work with.
