Executive Director

The Marian Consort is seeking a new Executive Director to oversee the planning and operations of the organisation, working closely with Artistic Director Rory McCleery to devise and deliver the artistic programme of the ensemble.

The Marian Consort offers musical experiences that inspire, educate and challenge our communities of audiences, young people, artists and practitioners. We champion early music, commission new work, and create projects that broaden access to choral music. We share our music-making through concerts and performances; recordings and digital content; and educational workshops and programmes.

We’re looking for someone ambitious, energetic and collaborative, with a love of music & the arts.

⏳ 3 days a week with some evening and weekend work
💰 £38,000 – £40,000 pro rata, dependent on experience
💻 Remote, flexible working
