Katie Villa is a freelance theatre director, facilitator and cultural leader based in Exeter, Devon.
She is the Artistic Director of Quirk Theatre, a small ambitious arts organisation that creates magical, socially conscious shows for young people and their families.
Villa is a Clore Leadership Theatre Fellow 23/24, using the opportunity to make positive change in the arts sector, with a particular interest in nurturing development spaces for freelance creatives.
