New Fellows join the Clore Leadership Programme
Twenty-eight new Fellows are to join the Clore Leadership Programme for 2013/14, 21 of them from the UK and Ireland. General Fellowships have been awarded to Jenny Rutter, who works independently on arts projects in the North West; Artistic Director of Youth of Creative Arts, Abdul Shayek; Robin Norton-Hale, Artistic Director of OperaUpClose; and Lois Stonock, who is responsible for Bloomberg SPACE, a contemporary art gallery. Theatre Fellowships go to Rachel Grunwald, Director of SPID Theatre Company, and Henny Finch, Executive Producer of Headlong. The Artist Fellowship goes to Leon Patel, Artistic Director of carnival arts and culture charity Global Grooves. The Arts Council of Wales Fellowship goes to Yvonne Murphy, a Freelance Theatre Director and Producer from the Vale of Glamorgan. The Creative Scotland Fellowship is awarded to Thomas Small from Dundee, Artistic Director of Smallpetitklein Dance Company. The Dance Fellowship goes to outgoing Director of the Bern Ballet, Cathy Marston. The Paul Hamlyn Foundation Fellowship in Arts Participation is given to Artistic Advisor for Company TSU, Amy Golding. The Performing Arts Consortium Fellowship is awarded to Angus Mackechnie, Producer and Programmer of the National Theatre's ‘Watch This Space’ Festival and Platforms series, while the Theatre Consortium Fellowship goes to Frazer Hoyle, Area General Manager of Ambassadors Theatre Group.
