Gabriele Finaldi to lead National Gallery
The new Director of the National Gallery in London will be GABRIELE FINALDI, the current Deputy Director for Collections and Research at the Museo Nacional del Prado, Madrid. He returns to the National Gallery, where he was a curator from 1992 to 2002, to replace NICHOLAS PENNY, who retires after seven years in post.
