PATRICIA CUMPER is creative writing charity Arvon’s new Chair.
Cumper has worked in the arts for more than 40 years as a playwright, broadcaster, artistic director and commentator.
She is a former Artistic Director and CEO of Talawa Theatre Company and was awarded an MBE for her work in Black British theatre in 2013.
“I am delighted to support the work of a wonderful, dedicated team not only to continue to deliver their established courses and residencies but also in broadening Arvon’s offer,” Cumper said.
