STUART COX is joining community-based cultural and creative hub Hoxton Hall as Chief Executive.

Cox moves to Hoxton Hall from St Margaret’s House in Bethnal Green, where he stood as Arts and Wellbeing Director and Deputy Chief Executive.

He is a former Education and Development Director at the Blue Elephant Theatre in Camberwell and Head of Participation at North London’s Jacksons Lane.

“I have always been aware of Hoxton Hall, but it was coming to a recent Open Day that made me certain this is the place I wanted to be,” Cox said.

“The building is so special and there is a warm welcome from staff and volunteers alike – I caught their enthusiasm for this amazing heritage creative hub! I feel very lucky to be welcomed into the team and look forward to bringing my skills to this stunning space.”
