Imperial War Museum makes trustee reappointment
EDWARD STRINGER has been reappointed as a trustee of the Imperial War Museum by the Prime Minister KIER STARMER. His new four-year term began in November 2024.
A recently retired senior RAF officer, Stringer splits his time between consultancy and writing on defence and security.
His command positions included time as the director general of the Defence Academy, director of military operations in the MOD, and the effective deputy chief of the RAF.
He has been on the boards of the RAF, the Civil Aviation Authority, and the Defence Nuclear Enterprise.
