New leadership model for Watford Palace

STEVE MARMION has joined Watford Palace Theatre as Chief Executive and Director of Programming.

Formerly the Co-Chief Executive and Artistic Director of Soho Theatre from 2010 to 2018, Marmion is the founder of PantoCo Ltd, which specialises in large-scale family shows and a freelance director and writer.

Marmion's dual role replaces the former Artistic Director and Chief Executive BRIGID LARMOUR, who stepped down in December 2022.

Under his leadership, the venue will no longer have a permanent Artistic Director.
