New role for Betsan Moses

Head of Communications at the Arts Council of Wales, BETSAN MOSES, is to become the new Chief Executive of the National Eisteddfod of Wales, an eight-day music and poetry festival. She will replace ELFED ROBERTS, who has held the role for 30 years, later this year.
