An Tobar and Mull Theatre has announced Dr ALESSANDRO BUCCI and MATTHEW RABAGLIATI as new trustees to join its board.

Rabagliati is head of policy, research, and communications at the UK National Commission for UNESCO, where he has led initiatives addressing climate change impacts on heritage sites and Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH).

CEO of Holocaust Centre North, Bucci is also deputy director at the National Arts Fundraising School.

REBECCA ATKINSON-LORD, CEO and artistic director at the Scottish multi-artform creative hub, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Alessandro and Matthew to our board. Their combined expertise and dedication to the arts will allow us to be bolder and more innovative, even in these times of funding insecurity.

“Alessandro’s strategic leadership in the arts and Matthew’s ICH knowledge and ties to the area bring a renewed sense of purpose as we champion internationally relevant arts rooted in our Scottish island culture.”
