Outside Edge Theatre Company (OETC), which uses the performing arts to support people affected by addiction, has welcomed SARAH FRANKCOM, BRIAN DORGAN, TANIA MOY and DAVID WORKMAN to its Board.

As a director and dramaturg, Frankcom Artistic Director of the Royal Exchange theatre in Manchester between 2014 and 2019. She was then Principal of LAMDA until 2021.

Dorgan is Head of Finance at Dulwich Picture Gallery and Director of Fresh Eyes Finance, with over 20 years' accounting and bookkeeping experience, including five years with the Donmar Warehouse.

Moy currently works at Cancer Research UK, where she specialises in sponsorship. Previously she worked in corporate fundraising includes roles at the National Theatre and Tate Gallery.

As Head of Participation at Southwark Playhouse, Workman manages a portfolio of participatory drama and arts-based projects across South London.

Frankcom commented: "I’m delighted to be joining the board of Outside Edge, having been an admirer of their pioneering participatory programme and theatre making. In these challenging times, it’s exciting to be supporting an impactful theatre organisation committed to supporting recovery through creativity and self-expression."

Each brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience from the arts and charity sectors, which we are grateful they have chosen to share with us.”
