Arts centre features in plans to revitalise Bishop’s Stortford

A council-led project to re-develop the town centre has secured almost £10m from the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership. Proposals include a new leisure quarter with bars and an arts and public sector hub, which the council hopes will address under-investment in local arts and culture.
