Backstage theatre staff ‘regularly expected to work 15-hour days’

Unions Equity, BECTU and the Association of Lighting Designers have jointly warned that “excessively long working hours” and lack of work/life balance for backstage staff are leading to “burnout and serious mental health issues”.
