Campaigners fight for Reading Gaol arts project

Matt Rodda, MP for Reading East, has launched a petition in support of a community campaign to preserve Reading Prison as an arts venue. The derelict prison costs more than £250,000 a year to maintain and the Ministry of Justice is planning to sell the site to the highest bidder for development.
