European politicians hear from music industry gender balance initiative

PRS Foundation’s Keychange initiative, which aims to encourage gender balance in festival lineups and the wider music industry, presented a manifesto to the European Parliament to seek backing for proposed changes to working conditions and recruitment practices for women in music.
