Fire breaks out at Blackburn arts centre

Up to 70 firefighters were called to the scene at The Bureau Centre for the Arts, home to community groups and artists, after a large fire broke out overnight at the grade-II listed building.  The cause of the fire remains unknown, and it is believed no one was in the building at the time.
