Grand Opera House to refurbish new extension

The Belfast venue is planning major changes to 'Act 2', an extension which opened in 2006 but is currently under-used. These incude improvements to its external appearance, better flow to reduce bottlenecks, upgrades of the bar and toilets, and space for a permanent exhibition about the history of the building.
