Kate Nash: OnlyFans ‘more lucrative than touring’

Musician Kate Nash has started selling pictures on the website OnlyFans to subsidise the cost of touring.

The BBC reports that Nash announced the move, which she has called “Butts for tour buses”, because “touring makes losses, not profits”.

“I also think it’s a bit of a punk protest as a woman to take control of my body and sell it to be able to fund my passion project, which is actually my 18-year career,” she said.

“I want to highlight that, and I want people to talk about it, and I want people to know the truth about what’s happening in the music business.”

Last month, musician Lily Allen revealed that she makes more money by selling pictures of her feet on OnlyFans than from Spotify streams.
