Legal action against Viagogo suspended
Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Chief Executive Andrea Coscelli said the ticket seller's website "is worlds apart" from what it was when the watchdog filed a contempt of court charge against the company in July. Viagogo had failed to comply with a legally binding court order to make its website less misleading to customers, but has since responded to the CMA's concerns. Coscelli did not rule out further action against the site.
