Lincoln Drill Hall closes for good as Council pulls the plug on funding

All 19 staff will lose their jobs at Lincoln Drill Hall at the end of October after City of Lincoln Council leaders scrapped the venue's grant. Closed since lockdown began in March, the Drill Hall has been gradually losing its local authority grant, which peaked in 2013. Trustees are now seeking a new use for the building.
