Northern Ireland Opera forced to provide holiday pay to actors

Two actors were successful in their legal claims that they were entitled to holiday pay because they were “employees working under contracts of employment” for a six-week period. It is believed the case will have ramifications for actors and other arts organisations across Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
