Plymouth Arts Centre to sell building following NPO funding loss

The organisation will cut its visual arts programme and sell its historic building following its loss of Arts Council funding in April. The organisation, which described the decision as ‘unavoidable’, plans to relocate its cinema and film programme to Plymouth College of Art.
