Royal Academy of Music forced to pay thousands to dismissed lecturer

An employment tribunal has ordered the school to pay Francesca Carpos-Young £187k after concluding she had been wrongfully dismissed and victimised. Carpos-Young was sacked after students complained that career advice she had circulated encouraged a “toxic educational and working environment”.
